Militants launched 52 attacks on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in ATO area in Donbas over the past day.
This is reported by the ATO press center - Ukrinform. In Mariupol direction, the enemy used grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, and small arms to shell Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol), Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol), and Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol). Ukrainian positions in Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk) came under 120mm mortar fire. In Donetsk direction, terrorists fired at Kamyanka (62km south of Donetsk), Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk), and Pisky (12km north-west of Donetsk), using mortars. In addition, ATO troops came under small arms fire near Pisky, Zaitseve (67km north-north-east of Donetsk), Opytne (11.5km north-west of Donetsk), and Novhorodske (34km north of Donetsk). In Luhansk direction, Russian-backed militants used heavy machine guns and small arms to fire at Novooleksandrivka (65km west of Luhansk) and Novozvanivka (70km west of Luhansk). No casualties among Ukrainian servicemen were reported.
