The model was spotted on Monday with Orlando and her billionaire husband, Jim Clark, 72.
Kristy, 37, who has been married to the billionaire tech legend for eight years, shares two children with the yacht owner.
The duo are racing their boat in the Caribbean, according to a rep for Kristy.
