William Shatner said he'd cast Chris Pine to play him in a biopic.
The 89-year-old actor was asked who he would pick to play him in a film about his life and career and chose Pine, the 39-year-old actor who has played the role of Captain James T. Kirk in three of J.J. Abrams’ Star Trek films set in the show's Kelvin timeline. 'I don’t know. [Chris] Pine?' the Montreal native told the fan site Trek Report in a remote appearance for GalaxyCon.
