Lady Gaga had kind words after her A Star Is Born co-star and director Bradley Cooper was snubbed as Oscar nominations were announced Tuesday.
Cooper, who entered award season as an unofficial favorite for multiple honors, did not receive a nod for Best Director, though he was nominated for Best Actor while the movie was nominated for Best Film and Gaga for Best Actress among the eight nominations its received. The 32-year-old actress/musical artist told the Los Angeles Times that 'at the end of the day, he knows that he’s the best director in my eyes, and in all of our eyes as his cast.'
