Elton John did not get to work his magic in Orlando Tuesday.

The Grammy-winner, 71, had to cancel his show at the Amway Center in Florida as he was dealing with an ear infection that left him unable to perform, with the show called off just 20 minutes before it was about to commence, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

'The rescheduled Orlando date, a stop on Elton's Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour, will be announced in the near future so please hold onto your tickets,' the venue said on its Twitter page its announcement.
