Kyiv International Airport (Zhuliany) is operating as usual today, December 19, head of the airport’s press service Halyna Bohdanenko has said - Ukrinform.
“Now the airport is operating as usual, the runway has been cleared, the airport is open. There have been no take-offs yet, but the flight from Baku [Buta Airways] has already landed at 10.03," Bohdanenko said. She noted that further decisions on flights will depend on weather conditions and crew's decision. As Ukrinform earlier reported, yesterday Kyiv International Airport (Zhuliany) canceled several flights and some flights were transferred to Boryspil International Airport because of severe weather conditions.
