President Poroshenko signs law banning privatization of rail operator Ukrzaliznytsia

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed the law which includes PJSC Ukrzaliznytsya (Ukrainian Railways) in the list of enterprises prohibited from being privatization - Ukrinform.
The information was posted on the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The law was drafted by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
The purpose of the law is to retain the full 100% of Ukrzaliznytsia’s shares in state ownership and to guarantee the country's economic security.
