Poroshenko on offshore scandal: I am ready for any investigation

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko says he is ready for conduct of the investigation into the so-called "Panama Papers."
He said this while delivering a speech at the Japan National Press Club, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"Of course, I am ready for any investigation because everything has been transparent from the very beginning and there have been no secret accounts. Everything is simple: the company was registered only to transfer the assets in the management of the trust fund, and that was done. By the way, this is a very important step in order to show my transparent attitude to my business assets. In addition, the signing of agreement on the management transfer implies that I cannot get those assets back till the end of my presidency term," Poroshenko said.
