Today I have received confirmation from the European Union that they are responding positively to my request, to my letter to them, and that we will be offered systemic assistance from the European Union," Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba said at a press conference following his participation in the EU Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels today, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
