Parubiy expects state budget to be approved at the end of November

Speaker Andriy Parubiy has said he expects that the parliament will manage to approve the 2019 state budget in the second reading at the end of November.
“If amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine are prepared by the committee, then there are proposals from the government to consider amendments to the Tax Code on Thursday, which will be one of the important issues in preparing for the adoption of the budget, because we hope that this year the budget will be approved earlier, maybe, even at the end of November. Therefore, this question is one of the basic ones for the preparatory work before the budget is adopted,” he said at a meeting of the Agenda-Setting Council on Monday, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.
As reported, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a bill on the 2019 state budget in the first reading on October 18.
