Russian-backed militants launched 30 attacks, including five from heavy weapons, on positions of Ukrainian troops in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in Donbas in last day.
“Russian-occupation forces used grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, small arms and sometimes weapons on infantry fighting vehicles, 120mm and 82mm mortars to fire on the defenders of Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk), Novozvanivka (70km west of Luhansk), Svitlodarsk (55km north-west of Donetsk), Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk), Novhorodske (34 km north of Donetsk), Krasnohorivka (29 km west of Donetsk), Marinka (35 km south-west of Donetsk), Novotroitske (32km south of Donetsk), Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol), Lebedynske (16km north-east of Mariupol), Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol), Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk) and Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol). In addition, the enemy shelled Svitlodarsk, using 120mm mortars, and opened fire on defenders of Krymske, Luhanske and Novhorodske, using 82mm mortars,” the JFO Headquarters press center reports.
No casualties among Ukrainian soldiers were reported in last day. According to the intelligence, two militants were wounded.
Today, militants have already opened fire six times on Ukrainian troops near Novoluhanske (53km north-east of Donetsk), Marinka, Vodiane and Lebedynske Отправить в:      другие новости
