In a post on Facebook, Danylyshyn wrote: "The meeting of the NBU Council was held, which approved the Strategy of the Monetary Policy of the National Bank of Ukraine. Also, in compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine and current legislation, the Council took into account and considered proposals of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine on the Fundamental Principles of the Monetary Policy for 2019 and the medium-term perspective.”
In particular, the Strategy of the NBU Monetary Policy defines main purposes, principles and instruments of the NBU monetary policy and directions of their evolution.
