James Franco is in for a bit of a legal headache.
The 38-year-old A-lister was sued in Los Angeles Monday over an incident in which photographer David Tonnessen claims he assaulted him - via a headbutt to the stomach - during an Lana Del Rey show. Tonnessen said in legal docs that his painful run in with the Oscar-nominated 127 Hours star took place as he was working at one of two of the West Coast singer's October 2014 dates at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, TMZ first reported.
