Kim Zolciak took to Twitter Tuesday after an Instagram user accused her of photo-shopping pictures of her children.
Last month, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 40, posted shots of her twins Kaia and Kane Biermann, four. The shots fell under the scrutiny of the reality star's followers who pointed out that Kim allegedly posted a shot, took it down, and re-posted it with alterations slimming the children's figures.
