Three-time Oscar nominee Johnny Depp has reportedly settled his year-and-a-half long legal battle against his former managers, The Management Group.
According to Variety, the troubled 55-year-old averted his August 15 trial by settling for an undisclosed amount over them allegedly 'mishandling his finances during a lucrative 16-year period, which drove him into more than $40M in debt.' The Sherlock Gnomes actor originally sought $25M in damages, but Joel & Robert Mandel countersued claiming he was responsible for the excess of wine, luxury homes, household staff, art, private jets, and security.
